Some of ZenFone didnt get update FW over the air (FOTA) if you facing the same problem, i will inform you how to update FW manually if your ZenFone didnt get update FOTA.
Its very simple actually, you just need to download FW from Asus site. Example if you want to download FW for ZenFone Max Pro M2 you can go to https://www.asus.com/id/Phone/ZenFone-Max-Pro-M2/HelpDesk_BIOS/.
After finish download, move file to INTERNAL MEMORY.
Then restart your phone, and you should found notification for upgrade
Wait until process finish.
